Rules

  Royal Suite/Deluxe Room/Standard Room : Maximum 3 Adults with an extra mattress which is chargeable.      Family Room: Only 2 Adults and 2 Child below 12 years of age.

CHILD & INFANT POLICY

  Infants and Children below the age of 3 years will be complimentary without extra bed. If an extra bed is required then the above child rates apply.
  Children between 3-12 years will be charged as per the child rates.
  Chidren above 12 years or third adult will be charged as per extra adult rates.

BOOKINGS TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  Bookings will be held provisionally up to a pre-specified cutt-off date after which they will be released unless full payment is received.
  Bookings confirmed only after 100% payment in advance.
  Please note that Rupee Rates are applicable for Resident Indian National or Foreigners holding Indian Resident/Work Permits.

  Payments for Reservation are accepted through Cash/Demand Draft/Cheque/On line bank transfers in favor of “Hotel Sentinel”, Axis Bank Current Account No. 157010200002905 payable at Port Blair.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Any Reservation cancelled before 30 days there will be no retention.
Any Reservation cancelled between 15 days to 30 days of arrival 50% retention will be charged.
Any Reservation cancelled between 7 days to 15 days of arrival 75% retention will be charged.
Reservation cancelled within 7 days of arrival 100% retention will be charged.
The Resort is not responsible for room cancellation for the cancellation of flight/ ferry.
The Resort is not responsible for cancellation of reservation due to climatic change.
